Andrew Chow
President
Mr. Chow has over ten years of global trading experience as a major distributor for
Global 2000 companies such as ABB, International Paper, Hyundai, Western Pulp and
Formosa Plastics Group and its various subsidiaries. Prior to co-founding D2C2,
Mr. Chow was General Manager for Joint Fair Enterprise, Ltd. Mr. Chow's business
experience includes the successful negotiation of exclusive Asian distribution rights for Upper Canada Brewery and Algonquin Brewery in Canada. In 1990, Mr. Chow served in an advisory role for Formosa Plastics Group where he acted as liaison to US state senators and conducted intensive market studies in preparation for a US$375 million pulp and paper manufacturing plant for Louisiana.

Mr. Chow holds a B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Ontario.

Joseph Lee
Executive Vice President
Mr. Lee co-founded the company to deliver viable, long-term solutions to customers
based on the best practices of management consulting and IT consulting. Mr. Lee
leads sales and marketing and operations worldwide. Mr. Lee is instrumental in
developing the company’s short, mid, and long-term vision. Prior to establishing the
company, Mr. Lee was a management consultant for Synergetics, consulting to senior
management of Fortune 100 companies including AC Nielsen in Hong Kong,
Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, and Seoul. Mr. Lee continues to consult for
multi-national corporations including American Standard, Sony, Mitsui & Co., Nortel,
DuPont, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, DIAGEO, and China Rebar Co. Ltd.

Mr. Lee studied Management and Marketing at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

Wilson Liu
Chief Software Architect
Mr. Liu is the Chief Software Architect for the company and leads the development
efforts for large-scale engagements on the ATG Platform. Previously, Mr. Liu
worked at Practiv as a Senior Web Developer creating Internet-based solutions for
Friends Provident. Mr. Liu has extensive experience developing Web solutions
since 2000 and more than five years experience architecting solutions on ATG.

Mr. Liu holds a B.Eng. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Southampton University in Southampton, UK and a M.Sc. in Data Communications from Brunel University in
Uxbridge, UK.
